Opening day of Empires of Kunark was a busy one, with the rush to flag and open raid content for the guild, exploring new zones, working progression and doing all the other things at the expansion launch that we love to do - firing off stored collections; banked quests and AA, working on acquiring the new synergy and alliance abilities; you name it, lots to do! We were able to raid on Day 1, which was our objective, and we knocked The Doorsteps of War encounter over quite handily. For those who have not yet experienced it, we are revisited by Gorenaire and waves upon waves of her allies who are invading Lceanium.
The following day we returned to raid in the revamped Temple of Droga for The Summoning of Droga raid. Since we'd seen both of these raids on beta, we knew exactly what to expect and were able to walk up win and get the job done, earning a Luclin server first for our efforts.
While it would another week before we had ancients to power up, or the elements to use with them, we've spent a good bit of time since working on an ongoing project to have our int caster brigade set up with Invested Tomes of Obulous. This item comes from the base tome as part of the Ancient event in Frontier Mountains, and is "powered up" by the Element of Kunark drop from raids in EoK. You can see the powered up version here:
With the death of both of these raids, Phase 1 of the newly launched Empires of Kunark expansion was cleared for the first time on Luclin, and sent us back into a holding pattern to gather flags for the upcoming Phase 2. We spent the majority of this time re-maxing out on AA, and working on finishing the AE blockers and various other progression goals.

We returned to T2 last night, after bumping over a few other targets, and defeated Grannus!

Back to T2, and it is now clear! Since my last posting, we've been back to kill MightyMouse a couple of times and pounded Grummus down as well. It seems like lately we just keep finding new and different ways to unintentionally break the scripts and then have to find a good workaround to salvage the raid. Hopefully more of these problems will be corrected soon! Here's some action shots for those of you who have not enjoyed the fights first hand yet.

Many of you may have noticed that our site has been up and down more then an elevator in a 200 story building. Our web hosting company suffered a malicious attack but things should have stabilized now. This has also impacted adetia's ability to receive email - if you've been trying to reach her, your best bet is to contact her in game, or ingame email. We are hoping this instability is now behind us, and thank everyone for their patience!
We went in to check out T2 last night, and knocked over Emollious with ease, which abled us to fast track our flagging by quite a bit. For those that haven't gotten to see it firsthand here's a couple snaps, however, we were a little sidetracked and didn't get any "action shots" this time. I did however inadvertently trigger the next raid shortly thereafter, which as you can see yielded amusing results!! Poor Drizerker! note: you can click on any photos on our site and they will be enlargened for easier viewing.

Many of you may have noticed that are site has been up and down more then an elevator in a 200 story building. Our web hosting company suffered a malicious attack and we're in the process of restoring both our site and forums. This has also impacted adetia's ability to receive email - if you've been trying to reach her, your best bet is to contact her in game, or ingame email. We are hoping that this instability will be over very soon, and thank you for your patience.
In the meantime, since our last update; we've been busy in game and have cleared TBM Tier 1 along with spending time in the revamped Plane of Hate and Plane of Fear. Since I don't want to tempt the internet gods too much with the current state of the website, here's a few pictures to keep you busy. Our first honest-to-goodness raid day since The BROKEN Mirror went live has come and gone, and we laid the first event, Vim and Vigor, to rest. While adventuring has been quite enjoyable, and we truly enjoyed our time spent with devs this year on beta, the expansion has lived us to its namesake in many ways. Thankfully, our beloved Luclin server has finally calmed its rage down and is no longer giving us the greatest lagfest since Antonius Bayle on a daily basis. We are eager to see continued patching and updates to help put things with the new launch bit closer to rights. In the meantime, I'll leave you with some pictures from our first victory, in case you haven't seen it yet for yourself! We're on to the next....

Brace yourself... its a webpage update!! (and yes, that is a santa hat, because its been since uh, well, November since I updated the page last!) We're desparately searching for a rockstar enchanter!! Recruiting is also open for wizard, rogue, cleric, paladin, shaman and berserker, though we are always on the prowl for exceptional players regardless of class.
We've been quite busy since The Darkened Sea launched a few months ago... we're still working the last event of the expansion, but we're almost to farm mode.
