Log into LoN once a month, around the 15th of every month.  You get a new set of 5 free ones every month around that time.

also dont actually have to log on, ive skipped like 4-5 month and then logged on got 20-25 packs at that time just have to have active eq account

Oh not know that, thought had to actually log in every month, or missed that months free packs.
