The monthly free boosters actually are not added the same time of the month for everyone.  They are added on your anniversary date.  To find out what yours is simply login go into trade > Find your username > Right click > Get Info!  Here you will find your anniversary date and that is when you should receive your free monthly boosters.

that's not true. I checked all four accounts and they all are in. all of them has different anniversary dates. So the theory of anniversarry date is not true.

no clue then but i never have gotten them at first of month.  Always on the 16th of month.  Evol also only gets his on anniversary date never first of month
